Hydraulic system is everywhere in mining, machinery, transportation, oil fields, and even in college laboratories. One of Laike's project is to design, manufacture and install some hydraulic systems for the machines used in lab in a local college.
The systems are basically composed of several hose assemblies. They are designed and built to transport oil or other fluid safely and smoothly. To withstand different pressure, different hoses and hose terminals are adopt. Hoses include braided hose, spiral hose, PTFE hose or teflon hose. Hose connectors include hose fittings, hydraulic adapters, and quick couplings.
As the machines are used in lab only, all the hydraulic couplings are made of carbon steel instead of stainless steel as they are not likely to rust in an indoor environment.
These machines in this college's lab are designed and construct to achieve intelligent manufacturing in the future. But they all begin with simply hydraulic system to operate daily function.
