Working with Stronger Hydraulics
We, Laike Hydraulics, are honored to prensent us one of the suppliers of Stronger Hydraulics, who is the biggest manufacturer of hose fittings in China. After establishing the partnership, we learned a great deal of quality control from Stronger Hydraulics by implementing strict qualtity rules before, during and after the production. After first two months cooperation, we managed to improve our product quality and fasten our lead time.
To fasten our lead time, we bought additional deep hole drilling machines, which allow deep down drilling all at once. It greatly improve our efficiency. At the same time, we add extra night shift to catch the deadline schedule.
To improve quality, we adopt corresponding initiatives before, during and after production.
Before production: we buy the steel and request mill certificate for each parcel.
During production: we routinely and regularily measure the dimension to make sure it is correct per size per drawing.
After production: we do 100% quality check for all required dimension and provide 3 drawings for each part no with all dimensions written.
For packing: we put protection bag on every head of fittings, as well as platic layer on top of each layer to avoid any collision.
What we learned from this cooperation is that quality is always the most important factor in developing a company. Working with big and famous company always require us to learn and improve. And it turns to a good outcome that we grow to a company with better quality and skills.
